A curated selection of grasses and perennials designed to give you spring, summer and fall color, while providing food and habitat for your local wildlife. We will place the plants in your desired space, using Piet Oudolf’s plant placement approach, which relies on a naturalistic, matrix-base arrangement of repeating drifts. And oversee their planting with your landscaper.
Piet Oudolf-style gardens are cut back in March, rather than autumn, to preserve the structural beauty of seed heads and grasses, which provide winter interest and food for birds. The dried plants are cut down just above the ground, using a "chop and drop" method to create mulch, allowing the garden to regenerate for the new season. For small beds 10 × 10.
